404 is an artist/homeowner led call to arms, a space in which to 'find your circus' - a place in which to exhibit / network / collaborate and eat.

Since May 2019 this former lounge/dining room situated in a red brick victorian terrace has benefitted from a change of use to a multi purpose art/lab/project space. Entered via a hallway there is a partially boarded single glazed bay window to the front of the property which enjoys a westerly aspect overlooking an established cottage garden. Unrestricted street parking will only add to your viewing pleasure.

404space lies at the hub of Weogorans' lively artisan quarter with bars, bicycle shops, two tattoo parlours and a popular sunbed salon all within walking distance. Indeed the rurality of nearby Gheluvelt Park and the Pitchcroft racecourse complex make it hard to believe you are at the heart of a bustling European city.

 

Located just five miles from M5 J6 - or a brisk 15 minute walk from the Foregate Street rail hub with its irregular rail links to Birmingham, London and the Welsh Marches, 404space is ideally positioned to welcome local, national and international artists.
